ABOUT
Danielle Alicz is an award nominated composer who specializes in film, tv and video game music. Danielle's scoring credits include the middle eastern drama SALEH, directed by Zaki Alabdullah, which was awarded a Golden Palm for Best Short Film at the Saudi Film Festival, and the award winning drama short COME TO OUR ASSISTANCE.
Classically-trained, Danielle's scores employ a modern blend of small acoustic ensembles, electronic elements, and a classic Hollywood orchestral sound. Danielle is a graduate of the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program at the Seattle Film Institute, where she recorded her original music with a 52-piece orchestra. Prior to this advanced degree, she received a Bachelor of Music at Lewis University and a Master's in Music Theory at Northern Arizona University that held a music theory teaching assistantship. She is currently based in her hometown of Chicago.
WHAT'S NEW
Danielle Alicz recently attended the International Sound and Film Music Festival in Samobor, Croatia following the nomination of her original score for "Come to Our Assistance."
